Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
We do require a card be kept on file for all services, and you will be charged on the date of service. For initial cleans, we do require a 50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking. The remainder of your clean will be charged on the date of service.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant training in residential house cleaning to work with us.
