• Clean 2-3 homes per day alongside a teammate or independently
• Deliver high-quality service and attention to detail
• Drive between homes using your own reliable vehicle
• Help create a positive experience for clients
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes. All team members must have a reliable, insured vehicle, as you will be driving between client homes throughout the day.
What are the typical work hours?
We operate Monday through Friday during daytime hours. We do not offer nights or weekends, allowing for a consistent and balanced schedule.
Is there opportunity for growth?
Absolutely. We promote from within and offer opportunities to grow into roles such as Trainer, Field Lead, and Supervisor for those who consistently perform at a high level.
Do I need cleaning experience?
No experience is required. We provide paid training and will teach you our systems and standards — we’re looking for attitude and work ethic first.
Will I work in homes with pets?
Yes. Many of our clients have pets, including dogs and cats. All team members must be comfortable working around animals. This is a non-negotiable part of the role, so this position is not a fit for those with pet allergies or fear of pets.
